MyOneRep

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of the MyOneRep app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyOneRep on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with the app store's standard licensed-application terms and these terms.

2. MyOneRep is an informational tool — not professional advice

MyOneRep provides training percentages and plate-loading calculations for convenience only. It is not medical, health, or professional fitness advice.

Weight training carries an inherent risk of serious injury. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training program, and always confirm the actual weight loaded on your bar yourself before lifting. You use the app, and you train, entirely at your own risk.

3. Pro purchase

MyOneRep Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional capacity (such as tracking more lifts). Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, billing, and refund policies — we don't process payments and can't issue store refunds. You can restore a previous purchase at any time with "Restore Purchases."

4. Acceptable use

5. Your content

Your lifts and training data are yours. If you sign in, you grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. While we work hard to keep the plate math correct, you remain responsible for verifying the weight you load.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincent Nguyen and MyOneRep will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or reliance on its calculations.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the "last updated" date above will change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
